Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 525 PM EDT, the public reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Louisville, Jeffersonville, New Albany, Jeffersontown, St. Matthews, Shively, Lyndon, Middletown, Douglass Hills and Prospect. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
